基于系统动力学的矿工情绪演化机理研究

    Study on emotional evolution mechanism of miners based on system dynamics

    • 摘要: 为减少煤矿安全事故的发生,采用系统动力学(SD)方法,分别从矿工群体层面、社交媒体网络层面、煤矿企业治理层面构建矿工不安全情绪影响因素SD模型,运用 Vensim PLE 软件,对矿工不安全情绪影响因素微观演化趋势进行动态仿真模拟。结果表明:情绪领导力水平和组织情绪承载力的提高能有效控制矿工不安全情绪;煤矿企业应及时利用“领导者说服效应”、“媒体效应”传播真实有效的信息,从而控制矿工不安全情绪强度的增加。因此,煤矿企业应该注重矿工情绪的变化,积极对不安全情绪进行管理,避免安全事故的发生。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents, the system dynamics(SD) method is adopted to construct an SD model of factors affecting the unsafe sentiment of miners from the miner group level, social media network level, and coal mine enterprise governance level. Vensim PLE software was used to simulate the micro-evolution trend of the influencing factors of miners’ unsafe emotions. The results show that the improvement of emotional leadership and organizational emotional carrying capacity can effectively control the unsafe sentiment of miners; coal mine enterprises should timely use the “leader persuasion effect” and “media effect” to disseminate real and effective information to control the increase of unsafe emotional intensity of miners. Therefore, coal mining enterprises should pay attention to the changes of miners’ emotions, actively manage unsafe emotions, and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
