晶须复合纤维EGC抗大变形性能研究

    Study on resistance to large deformation of EGC materials with whisker composite fibers

    • 摘要: 为了满足深部大变形工况对混凝土类支护材料柔性的要求,使用国产原料制作了复合纤维EGC材料。通过试件试验,获得了复合纤维EGC材料本构;使用COMSOL对U型钢与EGC材料支护时的收敛特性进行了数值计算。通过对模拟结果的分析发现:在使用普通混凝土支护时,直墙底与拱顶处混凝土易发生破坏,使用U型钢与普通混凝土支护对该现象改善不佳,而所制作的EGC材料能够适应该工况。通过研究,获得了掺入CaSO4晶须的EGC材料本构,讨论了EGC材料对大变形工况的适应性。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirements for the flexibility of concrete support materials in deep and large deformation conditions, composite fiber EGC materials were produced by using domestic raw materials. Through the experiment of the specimen, the composite fiber EGC material constitutive was obtained. The convergence characteristics of U-shaped steel and EGC materials were numerically calculated by using COMSOL. Analysis of the simulation results shows that when ordinary concrete support is used, the concrete at the bottom of the straight wall and the vault is prone to damage. U-shaped steel and ordinary concrete supports have not improved the phenomenon, and the EGC material produced can adapt to the operating conditions. Through the study in this paper, the constitutive structure of EGC materials with CaSO4 whiskers was obtained, and the adaptability of EGC materials to large deformation conditions was discussed.
