中国煤矿瓦斯抽采技术装备现状与展望

    Current Situation and Prospect of Gas Extraction Technology and Equipment for Coal Mines in China

    • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采是减少矿井风排瓦斯量、防治瓦斯灾害的治本措施。基于前期研究及大量文献调研, 对现有煤矿瓦斯抽采技术进行了系统分类梳理,简要回顾了中国煤矿瓦斯抽采技术装备发展历程,综述了6种典型瓦斯抽采技术的研究进展与应用情况。在总结分析我国瓦斯抽采发展现状与技术瓶颈的基础上,展望了其未来发展趋势,认为大功率、高可靠性、高效率、智能化煤矿钻探技术与装备和煤层增渗技术、瓦斯抽采钻孔提浓增量技术、瓦斯抽采参数精准监控与智能控制抽采关键技术、煤矿瓦斯(煤层气)与煤炭协调开发技术、废弃(关闭)矿井瓦斯“甜点”资源区评判及高效抽采技术等是未来中国煤矿瓦斯抽采技术装备的主要发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Gas extraction is an essential measure to reduce the amount of gas discharged by mine air and prevent gas disasters.Based on the previous research and a large number of literature research, the existing coal mine gas extraction technology is systematically sorted out, the development history of coal mine gas extraction technology and equipment in China is briefly reviewed, and the research progress and application of six typical gas extraction technologies are summarized. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the development status and technical bottlenecks of gas extraction in China, looking forward to its future development trend, high power, high reliability, high efficiency, intelligent coal mine drilling technology and equipment and increased permeability of coal seam and gas extraction from drilling technology and the key technologies of gas extraction including accurate monitoring and intelligent control of gas extraction parameters, coordinated development of coal mine gas(CBM) and coal, evaluation of abandoned (closed) mine gas “sweet spot” resources and efficient extraction technologies are the main development directions of gas extraction technology and equipment in China’s coal mines in the future.
