水力化技术防治煤与瓦斯突出研究现状及展望

    Research Status and Prospect of Coal and Gas Outburst Prevention and Control by Hydraulic Technology

    • 摘要: 煤层卸压增透是防治煤与瓦斯突出的有效手段,煤岩体结构改造是煤层卸压增透的核心问题,水力化技术是防治煤与瓦斯突出的有效手段。基于煤与瓦斯突出综合假说分析了水力化防突措施的技术原理,简要介绍了我国应用广泛的单项水力化卸压增透技术,指出复合水力化防治煤与瓦斯突出防治措施是水力化防突技术措施发展方向,重点介绍了“钻-冲-割”耦合卸压防突措施、压-钻-冲一体化综合防突措施、基于水力压裂的超声波增透防突等综合措施,为水力化技术防治煤与瓦斯突出指出了新思路;对总体发展趋势进行了展望,认为深部煤岩体复合动力灾害一体化防治、智能化水力卸压增透技术及装备研发等方面是未来主要研究方向。

       

      Abstract: Coal seam pressure relief and permeability increase is an effective means to prevent coal and gas outburst, coal and rock mass structure transformation is the core problem of coal seam pressure relief and permeability increase, hydraulic technology is an effective means to prevent coal and gas outburst. Based on the comprehensive hypothesis of coal and gas outburst, this paper analyzes the technical principle of hydraulic outburst prevention measures, and briefly introduces the single hydraulic pressure relief and permeability increasing technology widely used in China, it is pointed out that the compound hydraulic prevention and control measures of coal and gas outburst are the development direction of hydraulic prevention and control measures, the comprehensive measures of “drilling-punching-cutting” coupling pressure relief and outburst prevention, pressure-drilling-punching integrated outburst prevention, ultrasonic permeability enhancement and outburst prevention based on hydraulic fracturing are mainly introduced, it points out a new way to prevent coal and gas outburst by hydraulic technology. It is pointed out that the integrated prevention and control of complex dynamic disaster of deep coal and rock mass, intelligent hydraulic pressure relief technology and equipment research and development are the main research directions in the future.
