Abstract:
In order to liberate the resources of shallow and thick coal seams under villages, prolong the service life of mines, and ensure the safe use of surface buildings, it is necessary to carry out the study on controlling surface subsidence deformation by comprehensive mechanized gangue filling mining in shallow and thick coal seams. In this paper, 5201 working face of 52 mining area in Wangzhuang Coal Mine of Lu’an Group is selected as the experimental working face. First, a series of gradation tests are carried out to improve the filling rate of waste rock, then three filling rate control schemes are designed according to the comprehensive mechanized waste rock filling mining technology, and at the same time, the mining subsidence is based on the equivalent mining height. It is predicted that the surface movement and deformation values of the three kinds of filling rate control schemes can be obtained. Finally, the optimum filling rate control scheme can be determined according to the damage grade of the surface buildings, the amount of waste filling and the filling technology. The study shows that the scheme can not only ensure the safe use of surface buildings, but also save the waste filling materials.
