VR环境下综采工作面全景造型与故障渲染

    Research on Panoramic Modeling and Fault Rendering System of Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face in VR Environment

    • 摘要: 提出基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的综采工作面全景造型设计与故障渲染监测方法。首先利用UG进行设备建模并建立运动关系,利用3DSMAX进行人物与场景巷道建模展现设备外观与运行环境,然后利用RHINO对各模型进行优化;然后使用UNITY-3D进行人物骨骼制作、场景搭建;使用粒子系统制作展现井下事故设备故障,同时进行GUI(图形用户界面)的设计优化;最终输入实时工作面数据,在监测系统决策出当前问题后,在3D虚拟监测场景中可以实时生动的渲染出相应问题效果,包括井下水灾、井下火灾、顶板灾害、设备故障提示等,完成综采工作面全景造型与故障渲染系统的建立。

       

      Abstract: A method of panoramic design and fault rendering in fully mechanized face based on virtual reality (VR) technology is proposed. Firstly, UG was used for equipment modeling and motion relationship was established. Then, 3DSMAX was used for people and scene roadway modeling to show the appearance and operating environment of the equipment. Then, RHINO was used to optimize the models. Then, UNITY-3D is used to make character bones and scenes building; particle system was used to make faults of downhole accident equipment, and graphical user interface (GUI) was optimized. Finally, the real-time working face data is input. After the current problem is determined by the monitoring system, the corresponding problem effect can be vividly rendered in real-time in the 3D virtual monitoring scene, including downhole flood, downhole fire, roof disaster, equipment fault warning, etc., to complete the panoramic modeling of fully mechanized mining face and the establishment of fault rendering system.
