巷道围岩喷射混凝土动态力学性能及损伤机理

    Dynamic Mechanical Properties and Damage Mechanism of Shotcrete in Roadway Surrounding Rock

    • 摘要: 为了揭示巷道围岩混凝土喷层在冲击载荷下的动态力学特性,采用SHPB技术对素混凝土和碳纤维布约束混凝土在冲击荷载作用下的动态力学性能进行研究。研究结果表明:碳纤维布加固的混凝土有明显的应变率效应,其增强效应明显强于素混凝土;碳纤维混凝土的破坏应力为素混凝土的1.27倍,破坏应变为素混凝土的2.4倍,其抵抗强度和延伸均显著提高;与素混凝土相比,碳纤维布可以延缓混凝土的损伤演化速率。

       

      Abstract: In order to reveal the dynamic mechanical characteristics of shotcrete lining under impact loading, the dynamic mechanical properties of plain concrete and carbon fiber reinforced concrete under impact loading are studied by using the SHPB technology. The results show that: carbon fiber reinforced concrete has obvious strain rate effect, and its strengthening effect is stronger than plain concrete; the failure stress of carbon fiber reinforced concrete is 1.27 times of that of plain concrete, and the failure strain is 2.4 times of that of plain concrete. The resistance strength and elongation of CFRP are remarkably improved. Compared with plain concrete, carbon fiber sheet can retard the damage evolution rate of concrete.
