Abstract:
In order to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of the desorption coal, the low temperature oxidation test system was used to test the constant temperature desorption process and re-oxidation temperature rise of desorption of coal samples under the condition of nitrogen gas to analyze the law of gaseous product during desorption process and spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters of desorption coal samples, to understand the oxidation and heat transfer characteristics of raw coal and desorption coal. The results show that CO, CO
2 and CH
4 gas is produced in the process of constant temperature desorption, and the production of CO
2 is much greater than that of CO and CH
4. With the increase of box temperature, the production of gas is increased. Compared with the raw coal, the oxygen consumption rate and the heat release intensity of the desorption coal in constant temperature of 30 ℃ and 50 ℃ were less than that of the raw coal. The oxygen consumption rate and the heat release intensity of the raw coal were similar to that of the constant temperature 70 ℃ when the temperature was below 70 ℃. The curves of oxygen consumption rate and heat release intensity of desorption coal and raw coal from 90 ℃ to 110 ℃ had cross temperature point. The oxygen consumption rate and the heat release intensity of the raw coal were higher that of desorption coal in constant temperature of 70 ℃ while they became smaller in opposite direction. The influence of different constant temperature desorption process on the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal has some differences.
