浅埋深薄基岩大断面切眼支护参数优化

    Supporting Parameters Optimization for Large-section Open-off Cut in Shallow-buried Depth Seam with Thin Bed Rock

    • 摘要: 为解决埋深浅、基岩层薄、围岩易风化等问题对切眼支护的影响,采用数值模拟和理论分析方法,通过正交试验对锚杆、锚索支护参数进行优化。结果表明,随着锚杆间排距的减小,单根锚杆间形成的压应力区进一步叠加;随着锚杆长度的增加单体锚杆的有效压应力范围先增大后减小,巷道围岩变形量近似呈对数规律减小并趋于稳定;采用结构补偿原理确定了锚索支护参数。围岩监测结果表明,切眼变形得到了控制,达到了预期效果。

       

      Abstract: To solve the influence of shallow-buried depth, thin bedrock, and easy weathering of surrounding rock on open-off cut support, using numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method, we use orthogonal test to optimize bolt support parameters. The results show that the compressive stress zone formed by a bolt further overlays with the decrease of row spacing; effective compressive stress range first increases and then decreases with the decrease of bolt length; roadway surrounding rock deformation reduces approximately logarithmic law gradually and tends to be stable; the principle of compensation is determined using a structured reinforcement anchor parameters. Scene surrounding rock deformation monitoring results show that the deformation of surrounding rock has been well controlled, the desired effect is achieved.
