煤系地层砂岩抗拉强度及其矿物粒径效应

    Tensile Strength of Coal Measures Sandstone and Its Mineral Particle Size Effect

    • 摘要: 统计已有的现场实测结果发现,煤系砂岩的抗拉强度存在明显的矿物粒径效应。利用不同粒径的石英砂和水泥浆液模拟制作了煤系砂岩劈裂圆盘,考察了不同石英粒径下试样密度变化规律,并研究了圆盘抗拉强度变化特征。试验结果表明:劈裂圆盘的荷载-位移曲线基本上经历了压密、线性变化和峰后快速跌落的变化过程;随着构成试样石英粒径的增加,圆盘试样的密度逐渐增加,抗拉强度也逐渐增加,整体呈现强化特征。

       

      Abstract: Tensile strength of coal measures sandstone has mineral particle size effect by the analysis of existing field test results. We simulated coal measures sandstone split disk by different grain sizes of quartz sand and cement paste, and investigated change laws of sample density under different quartz particle size, and studied the tensile strength characteristics of split disks. The results show that load-displacement curves of split disks are divided into three stages as a whole: compaction, linear change and fast falling after peak. With the increase of quartz sand size, the density and tensile strength of split disk increases gradually, which presents the strengthening characteristics.
