基于开采工艺的神东矿区覆岩移动规律分析

    Analysis of Overlying Rock Movement Law in Shendong Mining Area Based on Mining Technique

    • 摘要: 以补连塔煤矿工作面近水平煤层为背景,在分析开采工艺影响因素的基础上,选择主要影响因素为采高、工作面长度和开采速度。通过正交试验优化组合建立了FLAC3D数值模型,分别对覆岩影响敏感性和覆岩破坏程度进行了分析。结果表明:通过方差分析,得到开采工艺因素对覆岩影响敏感性由大到小依次为:采高、开采速度、工作面长度;针对神东矿区现代煤炭开采与水资源短缺和生态脆弱的矛盾,了解上覆岩层移动规律,可以通过适当调整开采工艺,减少对覆岩的扰动破坏,进而有效地保护地下水资源的流失。

       

      Abstract: Based on the condition of the nearly flat coal seam of the working face of Bulianta Coal Mine, on the basis of analyzing mining affecting factors, the mining height, working face length and mining speed were selected. Using the orthogonal experiment design to establish FLAC3Dnumerical model, overlying rock influence sensitivity and overlying rock damage extent were analyzed. The results show that the mining height has the greatest sensitivity to the overlying rock influence, and the mining speed has the greater sensitivity than working face length by variance analysis; according to the contradiction of modern coal mining and water resources shortage and ecologically fragile in Shendong Mining Area, knowing overlying rock movement regular and adjusting mining systems appropriately can effectively protect the loss of the underground water and control overlying rock movement.
