矿用屏蔽电缆对电动机电压浪涌的影响

    Effects of Mine Shielded Cable on Motor Voltage Surge

    • 摘要: 研究了煤矿井下屏蔽电缆对投切电动机设备电压浪涌的影响,分析了分断电动机过电压的影响因素,并运用电磁理论对采煤机专用屏蔽电缆的电感和电容进行了计算。计算结果和分析表明:采用屏蔽电缆供电比普通电缆供电对降低截流电压浪涌更有效,但降低电压浪涌幅度有限;为提高浪涌抑制效果,煤矿井下机电设备供电电缆应尽可能选用绝缘层相对介电常数大的屏蔽电缆。

       

      Abstract: The effects of shielded cable on the voltage surge for motor equipments were studied, the influencing factors of breaking motor overvoltage were analyzed, and the inductance and capacitance parameters of dedicated shielded cable for shearer were calculated with the electromagnetic theories, the electrical parameter calculation model of shielded cable is established. The results and analysis showed that the shielded cable was more effective to reduce voltage surge than the ordinary cable, but the amplitude of the voltage surge decrease was limited. In order to improve the effect of surge suppression, the shielded cable with a high relative dielectric constant insulating layer should be chosen as the power supply cable for mechanical and electrical equipment as far as possible in coal mine.
