水平煤柱支承压力底板传播规律研究

  • 摘要: 为了得出煤柱支承压力在底板中的传播规律及分类,应用UDEC软件分别模拟了7种水平煤柱尺寸下压力集中系数在底板的传播形式、分布状态和变化趋势。在此基础上对煤柱宽度与传播深度的关系进行非线性拟合分析,研究结果表明煤柱压力传播深度与煤柱宽度呈指数关系,传播方向与重力方向重合,在底板中呈半椭圆形分布。煤柱底板压力分布形式随煤柱尺寸不同而变化,尺寸较大时两端应力高于中部,煤柱较小时中部高于两侧,均以煤柱中轴线为中心对称分布。
    Abstract: To obtain the propagation laws and classification of pillar abutment pressure in floor, with the help of UDEC software, the paper stimulated 7 kinds of the propagation form, distribution and variation trend of pressure concentration coefficient in floor. Based on these, it carried on nonlinear regression analysis of coal pillar's width and propagation depth, the results of the study had shown that pillar pressure propagation depth was in exponential relationship with coal pillar width, and the pressure propagation direction coincided with the direction of gravity, which presented the semi-elliptical base distribution. The stress distribution of coal pillar floor changed with different sizes of pillar, when the pillar width was larger, the stress was higher on two ends than on middle of pillar, and the result were contrary when it's smaller, and stress was symmetrical distribution centering on pillar axis.
