Taking Buzhaoba open-pit coal mine reclamation as the example,breaking a single mine land reclamation or the traditional mode of environmental management after the mining closed, the paper puts forward the integration operation mode of mine production-ecological reconstruction, determines the covering soil reclamation method in mining and dump, and introduces the covering soil thickness calculation formula and how to select the identified reclamation crop according to the local climate and soil composition function.
