The Application of Earthquake Monitoring Stations in Mining Shock Disaster Assessment

    • Based on the seismic records of the Datong seismic network, this paper calculates earthquake basic parameters of the mining shock caused by Coal Mine collapse in Yanzishan goaf and collapsed roof of Laoyanggou Coal Mine. Through the disaster investigation, the center position of the collapse is determined, and the cause of the roof collapse of Laoyanggou Coal Mine is analyzed. The conclusion is that the earthquake monitoring stations can not only position mine earthquake, and can also position the collapse that caused by mining shock, which played a certain role in mine safety production.
