Study of coal mine violation behavior based on SOR model

  • Based on the violation records of a coal mine, this paper analyzes the causes and process of the violation behavior of coal mine personnel under the “stimulus-organism-response” model from the perspectives of violation month, violation shift, violation type and violation type. Secondly, the SOR model of coal mine violation behavior is constructed based on the SOR model. The stimulating variables are the influencing factors of coal mine personnel’s violation behavior. Individual violation needs, violation motivation and violation psychology are regarded as the psychological feelings and attitudes of organisms, and violation behavior is regarded as the response. The research confirms that SOR theory is an effective theory to explain the violation behavior of coal mine personnel, which provides a new method for implementing the analysis mode of violation behavior of coal mine from the perspective of safety psychology, so as to effectively eliminate the occurrence of violation intention of employees, reduce safety production accidents.
