Optimal design for isolation contact of mine-used high voltage distribution device

This paper analyzes the existing problems of isolation contact, such as collision and meshing, large current eddy current effect, assembly error, insulation and voltage resistance, in high voltage and high current distribution unit of mining. The product structure design, contact tooling design, material selection, product technology and inspection specifications are studied and optimized, the intrinsically safe operation of high-voltage distribution device is realized finally.
