In this paper, it introduced the working principle of membrane separation nitrogen generator, elaborated the hazards caused by oxygen poisoning, fire, electric shock, noise, pressure operating in the process of the application of membrane separation nitrogen generator. Based on the security problems, it proposed the corresponding measures. At the same time, it discussed the reasons and solutions for the unsafe behavior during the utilization of membrane separation nitrogen generator.
