    • Using network planning technique system engineering theory, the paper makes analysis and evaluation of the existing rock roadway fully-mechanized tunneling process. Taking the labor hours of rock roadway fully-mechanized tunneling process as time factors, according to the order of the process and their relationship, the paper makes the network diagram and calculates time parameter, and confirms the key route and key working procedure. In the light of the critical process, the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.
