The Derivation and Application of Simple Computational Formula of Arched Roadway Section

In order to solve the problem of the arched tunnel section measurement in practical work, combined with the actual conditions of mine, this paper derivated and setted up simple formulas about semicircular arch, "1/3" and "2/5" three centered arch roadway section, and checked them. The applicability of these formulas are practical, which can be widely applied in the actual measurement of arched roadway section.
