Advanced Support Technology for Large Section Roadway in Thick Coal Seam

  • Taking the determination of large section return air tunnel of 401 working face of right fourth panel of Linglu Coal Mine of Zhalainuoer Coal Industry Company as the engineering background, according to the actual bolt support parameters, the main structure type of the advance support equipment is double row and multi-section with self-moving. On this basis, a new type of double row, multi-section and narrow step and split type advance support equipment of 3×ZQL2×5200/21/42WD is designed, and the main technical parameters, layout scheme, design scheme of narrow four-bar linkage mechanism, roof beam and rollover beam, and electro-hydraulic control system are given. The practice shows that the support parameters of the new type of double row, multi-section and narrow advance support equipment are reasonable, and the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled on the basis of maintaining the integrity and stability of the roadway roof, which can meet the requirements of large section and trough advance support and automatic control.
