Analysis of Safety Culture Evaluation Index System and Evaluation Methodology in Coal Enterprise

In this paper it discussed the research status of safety culture evaluation at home and abroad. From the aspect of the integration development of safety culture and safety production, it proposed the design principles and design methods of coal enterprise safety culture evaluation index system. On this basis, by using the pressure-state-response framework model for reference.Meanwhile, it carried out real-time diagnostics and identification by taking safety culture construction of a coal enterprise for example. Research had showed that safety culture evaluation matrix methodology had certain theoretical significance and promotional value for the work of enterprise safety culture evaluation in different industries.
