A Monitoring Substation with Electric Port Long-distance Communication Function

    • According to the requirements of document No.5 of the Coal Safety Supervision Letter2016 for the “sensor-to-substation transmission digitization” and “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” the transmission from the substation to the backbone network, the industrial Ethernet should be used, and the bus transmission should be eliminated, a monitoring substation is designed. The substation is based on two high performance processors working together, combined with the excellent multi-tasking scheduling mechanism of μC/OS real-time operating system, the substation has the characteristics of efficient data acquisition and quick response to abnormal conditions. At the same time, the substation expands the Ethernet long-distance communication conversion module, and realizes the function of long-distance data transmission of the Ethernet electrical port. Compared with the optical fiber transmission, not only the wiring is simple, but also the maintenance is convenient.
