  • In this paper, the test system for short circuit protection of lithium ion storage battery is designed. The system is mainly composed of timing control unit and data analysis unit. The timing control unit is controlled by AVR MCU to close the main circuit, and can realize automatic timing and disconnect the test circuit. The data analysis unit includes the data acquisition card and LabVIEW data analysis software. The data acquisition card automatically collects the circuit current, the terminal voltage and coil signals of the short circuit protection element. The test data is analyzed and calculated through LabVIEW, and the test results are displayed visually.
