Application of Response Surface Methodology in Similar Simulation Test Ratio

  • To study the feasibility of the response surface analysis method in the similar simulation ratio, the similar simulation single factor experiment was carried out with three factors: sand content, cement content and gypsum dosage. The test data was obtained by Design-Exper.V8.0.6 software. Regression fitting was performed to obtain an optimized experimental scheme, and finally the optimized experimental scheme against compressive strength was verified. The test results show that the compressive strength obtained by the test differs from the theoretical data by 1.22%, which is not much different from the theoretical prediction. It shows that the similar simulation test designed by response surface analysis method has high fitting and accuracy. The method can be applied to the similar simulation test ratio.
