Abstract
Taking Dongcheng Coal Mine comprehensive excavation working face as the research object, a geometric model is established according to the site conditions. Through Fluent software, the key parameters affecting the control device of the wind control and dust removal system in Dongcheng Coal Mine are numerically simulated. The control effect of the working face under the conditions of different control device outlet air volume, air supply duct head-on outlet air volume ratio and different groups of numerical control air devices arranged in the working face are studied respectively. Through the simulation research, the optimal technical parameters of the wind control device are obtained and applied in the field. The results show that when the ratio of the air volume at the exit of the air control device and the air volume at the head of the air supply duct is 5∶1 and two groups of air control devices are arranged in the working face, the dust control effect of the working face is the best. The measured dust concentration at the driver of the roadheader is reduced from 1 590 mg/m3 to 220 mg/m3, and the dust reduction efficiency is over 85%.
