    Leakage Rate Testing Device for Mine Respirator Mask

    • Considering the characteristics of products and users, a set of leakage rate testing device is designed for mine respirator masks. In the device, 10 sets of imitation models of human heads are designed which can cover the different facial features of Chinese adult men. The accurate and stable detection of the leakage rate of masks can be realized without the participation of real people. The experimental results show that the standard deviation of oil mist concentration control is 3.02 mg/cm3, and the repeatability errors of leakage rate test for full masks and half masks are 0.6% and 1.2% respectively.
