Full Dip Drill and Drilling Technology in Bottom Suction Roadway

To improve the construction efficiency of bottom suction roadway through layer hole, the ZDY3600LQ type crawler drill was developed, meanwhile, the hard rock drilling tool assembly with hydraulic DTH hammer and PDC bit was developed. Test results showed that the drilling rig could meet the requirement of high efficiency construction under the condition of bottom suction roadway and the drilling efficiency of hard rock increased by 39.3%-78.9%.
