    Study on Gas Extraction Intelligent Control System

    • By introducing PLC intelligent control technology of coal bed gas efficient extraction to the coal mine gas drainage system,and the comparion between the default value of gas concentration and sensor actual monitoring value,intelligent control of electrically operated valve in gas extraction pipeline is achieved.The logic control sets of CO,C2H4,O2 concentration and environmental temperature,subprssure and other parameters are established to control the running status of ground drainage pumping stations and other devices.The reliability and accuracy of the control system is verified through laboratory simulation and debug test,and the control system can effectively regulate the flow and device status of the gas drainage system.
