Development of ZDY15000LD High Power Directional Drilling Rig

To meet the needs of gas extraction, water damage prevention and detection of hidden disaster factors in the long working face of coal mine area with long distance and high efficiency, the high-power directional drilling equipment ZDY15000LD with 1 500 m drilling capacity was developed with the modular design idea. The key technologies, such as the overall layout design of high-power directional drilling rig, double motor gyrators, feeding device, angle adjusting device and hydraulic system with protective function, were studied, and the load performance test was carried out on the drilling rig, and the performance parameters reached the design requirements. Industrial tests were carried out in Dongfeng Coal Mine of Lanhua Group and Panshan Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Industry to verify the technical performance of the drilling rig. The test results show that the drilling capacity and accident handling capacity of the high-power directional drilling rig are strong, ensuring the safe and efficient underground mining of the coal mine.
