Application of Rubber-wheeled Full Hydraulic Rig in Buertai Coal Mine

The paper introduces the main technical parameters and characteristic advantages of ZDY3500JD full hydraulic rubber wheel drill, emphatically introduces the industrial test in Buertai Coal Mine. After nearly 3 months of industrial tests, we completed 4 times of long-distance field transfer and 13 boreholes for water and coal exploration. Through the field test, the design rationality, relocation convenience, operation reliability and adaptability of the overall structure of the drilling rig were verified, which reached the expected research and development goals and design requirements, and was suitable for the requirements of the trackless transportation of mine underground rapid transfer and construction.
