    Control Technique of Surrounding Rock of Intersection Roadway Under Deep Buried Complex Stress

    • Taking 5# mining area of Sitong Coal Industry Company as the engineering background, it is determined that the large stress of primary rock, multiple dynamic pressure effects and unreasonable roadway support are the main reasons for the difficulty in roadway maintenance. With the help of numerical simulation software, the deformation mechanism and deformation characteristics of the roadway are analyzed. It is determined that improving the stability of the surrounding rock and strengthening the support is the key to solve the problem of the old roof separation and surrounding rock fracture. Through grouting, the self-supporting capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway is improved, and the strong support bolt and the anchor cable are used to change the passive support as the active support. The industrial test of the design of “grouting + high strength anchor net + I-steel bracket + single hydraulic prop joint support” was carried out. The test results show that the surrounding rock control effect of the roadway is obvious.
