Research on Influencing Factors of Learning Effect of Coal Mine Safety Training

    • The eye movement experiment was used to conduct physiological measurements on newly recruited and experienced employees of coal enterprises, and the learning effects of safety training were analyzed from the aspects of learner experience and display methods. The safety training content is divided into declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge, and static and dynamic display modes are selected respectively, and finally the display mode preference selection analysis is performed. The results show that the learner experience has an impact on the learning effect of safety training, that is, the cognitive effect of the experienced person is better. For declarative knowledge, both types of employees prefer static display methods, while for procedural knowledge, novices prefer static display methods, and experts have the preference bias of dynamic display methods.
