Influence Factors of Reference Pressure Measurement in Pressure Test of Flameproof Shell

    • In order to accurately measure the reference pressure in the flameproof shell, the influence factors of explosion pressure are tested by the explosion test system of National Work Safety Test and Center for Mining Equipment in Fushun. The results show that the explosion pressure of ethylene is higher than that of methane, and when the concentration of methane is 9.80%, the explosion pressure is the largest, and the maximum explosion pressure can be changed by preloading, and the propagation distance does not affect the max explosion pressure of methane in closed-loop environment, and the sudden change of propagation cross-section can cause the explosion pressure to increase instantaneously.
