    Application of Dust Control Technology by Forced (with Long Duct) Fan Accompanied with Short Duct Exhaustor in Continuous Mining Face

    • In view of the phenomenon of excessive dust in the rapid tunneling of Xiaojihan Coal Mine, the technical solution of the dust control system is determined by analyzing the actual situation on site. By designing a unique dust control device, the flow field distribution is changed, the wind flow is effectively controlled and the dust is reduced, at last the negative pressure air duct is selected. The resistance and air volume of the dust control system are calculated for the first time in China, and the dust collector is selected according to the calculation results. The average collection efficiency of the dust at the driver of the continuous working face reached 69.11% by the applying in 11219 continuous mining face.
