Abstract
In order to improve the readability of the measured data and the integrity of the gas distribution field in the study of gas distribution in the fully mechanized caving face, taking the 8309 working face of Tongxin Coal Mine as the research background, the visualization technique based on the cubic interpolation algorithm of least square method is proposed to process the measured data visually under the condition that the measured data is valid. The results show that least square cubic interpolation algorithm realizes visualization of measured data of gas distribution in fully mechanized caving face, supplements the lack of on-site measurement data, improves readability of measurement data, makes the change characteristics of the gas distribution field of the fully mechanized caving face more comprehensive and intuitive. The distribution characteristics of gas on the working face mainly show that gas gradually increases along the air flow direction, decreases first and then increases along the direction of coal wall-goaf, and the gas volume fraction in the area of undistributed points on the side of coal wall and goaf is higher and the change is more obvious.
