Relationship Between Safety Performance of Team and Safety Behavior in Coal Mine Enterprises

    • Team and individual behavior is one of the main influencing factors affecting enterprise work safety, which has a significant impact on safety performance. Firstly, the concept of related variables is defined and the dimensions of each research variable are divided; then, 350 employees of two coal mines were selected to send questionnaires, and SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of data; at last, the conceptual model of the relationship between production safety performance and production safety behavior is constructed, and AMOS17.0 software is used to verify and analyze the conceptual model. The results show that team work safety behavior directly or indirectly has significant positive or negative impact on team work safety performance. Safety prevention behavior has a great impact on team safety production performance.
