    Causes Relation Research of Organizational Level Based on Coal Mine Accidents Analysis

    • Due to the strong subjectivity of the cause analysis at the organizational level of accidents, in order to make the determination process more reasonable and specific, using the comparative correlation method, based on the “2-4” model theory, 32 elements of safety culture, safety policy requirements from GB/T 28001-2011 and ISO 45001 and 9 components of the safety management system are connected together to determine the correspondence between organizational level cause elements. Through the empirical research, the correlation between the cause factors is explored, analysis steps are clear. The results show that the coverage degree of correlation factors to the known root cause factors is 100%. It verifies the correctness of the description of the cause relationship at the organizational level and the validity of the determination method.
