    Design of Mine Impact Resistance Slow Start Power Module

    • To solve the problem that the sensor starting current is large in coalmine safety monitoring system, the impact resistance is weak, and the power supply has an impact on the power supply at the moment of power-on, a mine impact resistance slow start power module is designed. This paper introduces the working principle and experimental data of anti-shock (interference) circuit, slow start circuit, intrinsically safe circuit in detail. The module has the advantages of small size, low cost, stable output voltage, achieving the intrinsically safe ia protection level with high safety. It has the characteristics of anti-reverse connection, anti-impact, electromagnetic compatibility, slow start, low ripple noise and high conversion efficiency.
