Abstract
The active support method is the main support method for controlling the surrounding rock of deep roadway. However, for deep and high stress roadways, the effect of ordinary bolt support on controlling surrounding rock of roadway is not good. To propose the composite support technology with good reinforcement effect, the 2305N lower roadway of Xinjulong Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background. And the surrounding rock anchoring and reinforcement support technology for deep and high stress roadway was studied. The optimal parameters of the anchor and the optimal ratio of the slurry were studied by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and on-site observation. The results showed that the optimal length of the anchor was 2 500 mm. The optimal spacing between the bolts was 1 000 mm×1 000 mm. The optimum water-cement ratio of the slurry was 0.5. The optimum thickness of the grouting reinforcement layer was 1 800 mm. Through on-site observation and monitoring, it was found that the maximum deformation of the top and bottom of the roadway and the maximum deformation of the two sides were within the allowable range. The anchoring and reinforcement support scheme was reasonable.
