Coal Mine Safety Performance Management Based on Objectives and Key Results Method

Under the new standard, coal enterprises need to use scientific methods to evaluate safety performance level. In view of the current research status of coal mine safety performance management and the application which can not meet the new requirements of the current enterprise development, objectives key results (OKR) are introduced into the coal mine safety performance evaluation, and then the coal mine safety performance management method is proposed based on objectives key results. According to the theory and concrete construction application of objectives key results, the application of the evaluation result is analyzed, then the feasibility of the coal mine safety performance management is proved. It provides a new idea for guiding coal mine enterprises to carry out safety performance management and improve safety performance management level.
