Application of Blind Number Theory to Improve Unascertained Measure Rock Burst Evaluation Model

    • There are many factors affecting rock burst, and there is a lot of uncertain information in the process of rock burst evaluation. Conventional rock burst evaluation methods fail to consider the uncertain information as a whole, resulting in the distortion of evaluation results. Based on the blind number theory, this paper considers the impact tendency, geological factors and mining technology in an innovative way. The factors and safety management factors construct the unascertained measure rock burst evaluation model which is applied to the risk assessment of rock burst in Xidong Coal Industry. The engineering practice results show that the unascertained measure rock burst evaluation model based on blind number theory has high accuracy and is better suitable for field practice.
