Abstract
Based on the structure characteristics of commonly used wetting agents in the market, a new type of high-efficiency dust suppressant was prepared, which could both moisten and shield metal ions. This study caters to the research hotspot of waste utilization in recent years. Lignin extracted from paper waste was sulfonated, grafted polyacrylamide branched chain was further modified by grafting copolymerization, and a small amount of surfactant was added to further enhance the wetting effect. Finally, a kind of macromolecule wetting dust suppressant was prepared. The preparation process of the product was introduced and the reaction process was analyzed by FTIR. The wettability and salt tolerance of the product were tested and its mechanism was analyzed. The new dust suppressant developed in this study is characterized by its self-shielding of metal ions, minimal influence by downhole hard water, and stronger wetting effect of coal dust.
