Research on Power Balance Factors of Dual-motor CST Drive for Belt Conveyor

When the belt conveyor is driven by multiple motors, the power output imbalance between the motors is the main problem. To further study the influence of the unbalanced power of the belt conveyor with dual-motor driving power on its power imbalance, the model of the dual-motor CST driving belt conveyor is established by AMESim software, and the influence of the load and the delay start of the motor on the power imbalance factor is emphatically studied, and the multi-motor drive of the belt conveyor is used in the actual work. It provides reference and basis for the application.
