    Design of Hydraulic System for Mine Rubber Wheel Car Based on Wet Brake

    • A kind of hydraulic system for wet brake of rubber wheel car is designed. Through designing independent service brake and parking brake by a double prefill valve, and independent front axle and rear axle by a double brake valve, as well as a pressure-loss brake for both service brake and parking brake, these make the system more secure. To select the models of components by calculation, and the results of calculation were verified by combining the simulation with AMESim and experiment.
