Application and Prospect of Hydraulic Cutting Technology in Field of Coal Mine Safety

The existing conventional fire cutting and manual cutting processes have great limitations in the use of coal mine underground explosive gas environment, and it is difficult to meet the increasing demand for safe production and accident rescue. This paper summarizes the basic principles of hydraulic cutting, compares the traditional cutting processes, analyzes the advantages of hydraulic cutting technology, and studies the research and application of hydraulic cutting technology in coal mine safety production, and looks forward to the hydraulic power combined with the actual needs of mine accident rescue. The application prospect of cutting technology in the field of mine rescue has proposed the development direction of hydraulic cutting technology equipment.
