  • To solve the problem that the KJF2000N mine safety production integrated monitoring system is limited by the number of connected monitoring substations after the ring network reform, which leads to the long inspection period, the existing KJF2000N mine safety integrated monitoring system has been applied in the mine ring network environment. Combining with the characteristics of ring network protocol and equipment, optimize software acquisition algorithm to shorten the system inspection cycle can effectively ensure that the off-site power cut time does not exceed 40 s, timely warn and alarm abnormal information, fully protect the safety of underground workers. The application in coal mine proves that the efficiency of patrol inspection is effectively improved by software acquisition and optimization, which not only meets the requirements that the patrol inspection period of the system does not exceed 20 s, but also is far higher than the standard requirement.
