Abstract
From the perspective of the demands of mechanization and delicacy management of fully mechanized face production, based on the regular operation cycle chart of production space and design of working face, a method of dividing the static working face area by utilizing gridding method is proposed. The three processes including coal cutting, frame shifting and pushing scraper conveyor were combined with the idea of gridding and a method for dynamically partitioning the coal mining area in the central area was proposed. The gridded central coal mining area, the head triangular coal area and the tail coal area were selected and the differentiation of the analysis results of mine pressure characteristics were utilized to compare with the analysis results of pressure after gridding. This result is more targeted than the analysis result of the entire area. It is pointed out that gridding analysis can reflect safety factors in a more refined area and stress a few key security factors.
