Development and Application of a New Full Hydraulic Roadway Reparing Machine for Coal Mine

In view of the difficulties in repairing and controlling the surrounding rock of low deformation roadway in underground coal mine and the unprofessional construction equipment, WPZ-55/50L roadway repair machine for coal mine was developed according to the needs of surrounding rock repair and treatment in underground coal mine. The field industrial test results show that the parameters of the repair machine are designed reasonably, with features of narrow fuselage, good disintegration, high degree of automation, and high safety for underground relocation, transportation and construction. The successful development of the repair machine provides equipment support for the rapid and reliable construction of the surrounding rock repair and treatment of low deformation roadway in the underground coal mine.
