    Study on Properties of Coal Gangue Foam Concrete

    • Gangue foam concrete is used to mix coal gangue into foam concrete and add other additives to meet the strength requirements or other special requirements of the project. The best use concentration of foaming agent is determined through experimental study. The experiment of crushing and screening gangue and the influence of water cement ratio on the collapsing degree and mechanical properties of foam concrete are carried out. It is concluded that the tested foam concrete has good fluidity under the water cement ratio of 0.2, and its slump is 13.8 cm, and the average compressive strength is 4.13 MPa by studying the influence of coal gangue content on the collapsing degree and mechanical properties of foam concrete, it is concluded that the increase of gangue content makes the slump of foam concrete slurry gradually decrease, and the plasticity of slurry increases. The compressive strength of concrete reaches the maximum when the amount of coal gangue is about 60%, and then increases with the increase of gangue content.
